At AI Design Hub, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our services and products.
By purchasing our services or products, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products and services, refunds for the following are subject to specific conditions:
- AI Design Tools and Templates: Eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not function as described. Evidence of the issue must be provided.
- Digital Downloads: Eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if there are technical issues preventing proper use. Once downloaded successfully, no refund will be issued.
- Subscription Services: May be canceled at any time, with a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period if canceled within 48 hours of the most recent charge. After 48 hours, you may cancel your subscription but will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
2.2 Design Services
For custom design services, our refund policy varies based on the stage of the project:
- Before Project Commencement: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee if canceled before work begins.
- Initial Concept Stage: 70% refund if canceled after the first concept has been presented but before any revisions.
- Development Stage: 40% refund if canceled after initial revisions but before final delivery.
- After Final Delivery: No refund is available after the final deliverables have been provided, except in cases where the delivered work substantially fails to meet the agreed-upon specifications.
2.3 Workshops and Training
For workshops, webinars, and training sessions:
- Live Events: Full refund if canceled 7 or more days before the event. 50% refund if canceled 3-6 days before the event. No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before the event.
- Recorded Sessions: No refund once access has been granted, unless there are technical issues preventing proper viewing.
3. Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Request must be made within the specified timeframe for the relevant product or service.
- For digital products, you must provide evidence that the product does not function as described.
- For services, you must demonstrate that the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- Your account must be in good standing with no outstanding fees or charges.
- You must provide the original order number, date of purchase, and payment method used.
3.1 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Products or services that have been fully delivered and meet the agreed-upon specifications.
- Custom-developed solutions or designs that have been approved by you during the development process.
- Services that have been completed according to your specifications.
- Products or services marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase.
- Transaction fees, administrative fees, or other third-party charges associated with your purchase.
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@aidesignhub.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your full name
- Order number or receipt
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any relevant supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- If your refund is approved, we will process it according to the timeframes outlined below.
4.2 Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds may take 7-14 business days to appear in your account.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and financial institution.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Depending on when you cancel, the following will apply:
- If you cancel within 48 hours of being charged for a renewal, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription period.
- If you cancel after 48 hours of being charged, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no refund will be issued.
- Once canceled, you will lose access to subscription services at the end of your current billing period.
5.2 Project Cancellations
For custom design projects or services:
- If you cancel a project before work has begun, you will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- If you cancel a project after work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed, as outlined in section 2.2.
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to projects@aidesignhub.com.
6. Service Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our services and products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following guarantees:
6.1 Quality Guarantee
If our services or products do not meet the specifications outlined in your order or agreement, we will:
- Work with you to revise the deliverables until they meet the agreed-upon specifications, or
- Offer a partial or full refund as appropriate based on the nature of the issue.
6.2 Technical Support
If you experience technical issues with our digital products or services, we will:
- Provide technical support to resolve the issue
- Offer alternative solutions if the issue cannot be resolved
- Provide a refund if we cannot resolve the issue or provide a suitable alternative
7. Dispute Resolution
If you believe your refund request has been incorrectly denied or if you have any other disputes regarding our Refund Policy:
